Ordering Policies

Next Day Shipping

Next day shipping applies to machine and part orders received prior to 11:00 AM PST, Monday through Friday. Machine and part orders received after 11 AM PST will ship two working days later. In other words, if you place your order before 11 AM on Monday, it will ship Tuesday afternoon.  If place an order after 11 AM PST on Monday, then your order will ship on Wednesday afternoon.

Email Order Confirmations

An email confirmation of your order will be sent with a projected shipping date. Please verify the accuracy of your order. This confirmation is your last opportunity to make changes to your order before it is sent.

Backorders

Products may become backordered from time to time. If an accessory is backordered for 1 to 7 days, the ball machine order will be held and shipped with the item when it is restocked. If an accessory is backordered 8 or more days, a partial shipment will be made and the backordered item shipped as soon as it becomes available. Shipping will be charged for the backordered item less the handling fees.

Shipping Policies

Freight

Tennis Ball Machines ships all merchandise via UPS GROUND domestically unless otherwise indicated. Also available at an additional charge are options to ship one-day, two-day, or three-day expedited. Contact us for rates. Cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.) is available for an additional $11.00. C.O.D. orders require payment by check or money order upon delivery. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. 

Expedited Freight

We ship UPS GROUND exclusively.  If you require a shipment to arrive by a certain date, please call us @ 800-210-5992.  UPS GROUND is not guaranteed to arrive on a certain day; therefore, Tennis Ball Machines cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date.  If you require 3-DAY, 2-DAY, or NEXT DAY AIR shipments, those services are guaranteed by UPS.  However, you will still need to call in for an expedited shipping quote and we will determine if we can meet your schedule.  Please keep in mind when counting shipping days that the day the machine leaves the factory does not count towards the shipping time.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged to all customers in CA (8.75%) and NJ (7.0%).

Packing Error

If your shipment arrives incomplete or a packing error has been made please contact Tennis Ball Machnies at 888-380-9460.  You have 60 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any packing error.

Shipping Damage

From time to time, UPS may damage a box during transit. If there is damage to the exterior of the box or to the interior components, please contact us immediately and save all packaging materials! We will contact the shipper to establish the claim, who will then set up a time with you to perform an inspection of the package and contents. This is essential before any claim can be resolved. Once the shipping vendor validates the claim, the package will be picked up to be returned to us. We will then immediately ship your new replacement machine.

Tennis Ball Machines does not take responsibility for packages lost or stolen.
