Warranty Shipping

The manufacturer's warranty covers parts and labor and shipping one way. If your product is still under warranty and must be shipped back to the factory, you must cover the inbound shipping costs. This is true for domestic and international retail customers. International retail customers can receive free parts, but must pay shipping both ways, outbound and/or inbound, if necessary. Furthermore, any import taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the international customer. Tennis Ball Machines will fix all products under warranty free of charge and will ship the product back to domestic customers free of charge, as well. All expedited shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are so confident in the quality of our products that we offer an exclusive 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us to receive an RA number and return instructions.

Optional Extended Warranty

An optional extended warranty is available within the first 60 days from purchase.
Additional one year = $65 for elite, $199 for phenom
Additional two years = $110, $299 for phenom
Additional three years = $149, $399 for phenom

Return Polices

Our 30-day Guarantee starts the day your item is delivered to you and ends on the 30th day following receipt of the product. Your return shipment must be received in our factory by the 30th day in order to be eligible. Returns that do not have the RA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package will be returned to sender.

Tennis Ball Machnies cannot be held responsible for packages lost by your shipping carrier. We recommend adding tracking and insurance when returning a product. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. No one should be charged more than $65 when shipping machines back to CA.

Once return is received, a refund of the product price will go back to card used at time of purchase, minus a 5% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping and handling costs. Refunds generally process within 21 business days of receiving your return.

We do not accept returns on any demo or reconditioned tennis ball machines.
